In order to allow you to concentrate on your course contents, we manage communications, reservations and preparing the room.

Alcyon communication pack

Making standard visual presentations on the basis of the information and illustrations you submit to us. Printing the slides in black and white and having them distributed by our delivery service (+/- 1000 copies). Advertising the event in the Alcyon website news section with a link to the dedicated page and registration form. Email reminder to everyone who has registered (+/- 1 week before the date of the event)
