After-sales service
Created by and for vets, ALCYON Belux will assist you throughout your career. Your surgery and your equipment - essential components allowing you to exercise your profession effectively and with peace of mind.
First-line intervention
The Alcyon equipment department will immediately assist you in the event of any problems in order either to find an immediate solution as far as possible or to monitor the intervention of the specialist in question.
ALCYON will follow up on repairs in the maintenance contracts, which we strongly recommend taking out when making your investment.
Follow-up on warranties
In accordance with each supplier’s own conditions, ALCYON Belux can guide you and assist you in order to ensure that the supplier gives you the help you need as quickly as possible and under the best possible conditions. ALCYON Belux can be limited in its actions by a supplier’s specific terms and conditions.
Replacement equipment
Given the range and variety of the equipment made available to you, it is clearly impossible for ALCYON to have replacement equipment permanently available. However, we always do our very best to try to sort you out while your own equipment is unavailable.
