Prewashed disposable laparotomy sponges, 20 threads, with sewn-in Telatrast X-ray detectable chip and loop; in a non-sterile presentation with 5 laparotomy sponges per package; also offered in a sterile presentation as part of the so-called Telatrast Module System, multi-layer packaged and featuring detachable stickers for doublecheck theatre counts to guarantee optimum safety in the operating theatre.

For staunching bleeding and for wound treatment, for gripping or retaining organs and body tissue during laparotomy.
